Now I want to talk about the larger issue of how to keep a woman in check, long term. The answer is fear. Not of your fists or your wrath, but of your absence, your rejection. A woman should always feel as though she has to prove her worth to you and that you can replace her at any second.
Never Show Anger.
This is crucial. When you lash out it gives her an opportunity to escalate. It shows her that she can affect you emotionally in the same way that you affect her, which is a net loss for the person in control: you. Fire begets more fire, heat begets more heat. But cold cuts like a knife, right to the bone. The old add: never let them see you sweat.
You should primarily show two sides of yourself with a woman. Warmth when she behaves and surgical coldness when she does not. Hot rage validates her negative emotions. Cold indifference makes her question her own self worth. She will come to fear being out in the cold and always seek to return to the warmth. Condition her that the only way to get there is to serve you as you see fit.
Women naturally crave safety and security. They gravitate towards warm, comfortable places. Provide these comforts when she behaves. Be affectionate, say cute things, buy her dinner. When she's fucking well, sucking enthusiastically, and generally behaving sweetly she is displaying positive attentions seeking behavior and should be rewarded with praise and positive attention. When she acts up she is seeking negative attention. Deny it to her. It is the only way to curb negative attention seeking behavior.
When she's seeking negative attention ignore her completely. Use the door if she is present. Leave or make her leave. Do so coldly, as though you're putting the trash bins on the curb. If she's sending crazy texts, or calling then ignore them. Send her a very simple message at the start that she's being irrational/crazy and you will not speak to her until she is calm. Then ignore the crazy that follows. Eventually she'll apologize, then proceed as normal to correct her. If she starts in with crazy, back to ignore.
*A note of caution* There is a downside to this technique. It can make women form an intense neediness for you. It will make them behave spectacularly when you're together but make them very difficult to break things off with. She has started to conflate her self worth with your happiness. If she can no longer please you she can no longer value herself. So beware and be warned.
