Actually the best Asian girls I've met in Bangkok haven't been Thai. There are some good Chinese, Burmese and Filipinas here if you're prepared to hunt for them.
As for the general scene here, I was doing way better in China. Thailand's a pretty conservative place, but no such problems in China. Thai chicks tend to cover up, but in the heat of the Summer down in Guangdong Province I'd regularly see women squeezed into the tiniest hotpants known to humanity.
