I snicker every time a woman states she doesn't need a man. And it isn't even about all the things you guys have stated above regarding tasks that they need men to perform. They would miss our simple PRESENCE, even without us actually doing anything for them. They'd miss the attention they get from men more than anything. Any woman that goes any length of time without a man feeling THAT way about them becomes miserable, which prompts all of the denial and proclamations that they don't need what they truly wish they had, but aren't getting. They'll claim that they get love from their kids, job, cats etc. and that's enough.
