It is flooded with horny (old) gringos. I don't disagree with Lumiere on that note, but CC is easy, imo, because women there are 100% looking for a foreign bang or boyfriend. So, you are targeting women that are waiting for guys like you: Not Colombian or Hispanic.
Women on CC are for the most part from lower status neighborhoods. The barrios where women tend to be the easiest lay even for the ugliest and fattest, and broke Colombian local dude.
Women here are slick however, and the more experience they have dealing with gringos, the more of a slick flake she will be.
So, what I recommend is:
1. Only go for girls that are "new members" of CC. If they've been there for the past 10 years, forget it...she's already had her way with gringos and has lost her innocence. This is the one with least chance of getting laid by you.
