With years of being forced to not call the gypsies by their original name, failed attempts at forcing the gypsies to integrate, forced to gives gypsies citizenship, you can imagine that the Romanians among other nationalities are pretty damn pissed at the gypsies. Whereas before they may have only shunned the gypsies, avoided doing business with them, did not associate with them, and deported them, things have changed. Now that the gypsies experience little to nothing int he way of consequences, they act worse. By outlawing the minor forms of resistance to gypsies - a seething hatred has been fostered against them. Enough to foster murderous desires against them.

How would you fix the problem, Captain America? Import some more democracy like Afghanistan and Iraq?
