I don't think it's a troll - only that the OP is having a hard time choosing words to explain it properly.
Women in the US, UK, Australia, etc. are obsessed with "personality," which basically means following the latest trends in fashion, music and lifestyle, behaving like sluts and using the latest slang.
"Boring" women as the OP described are what you will often find in places with little or no Western influence. They're actually a lot more pleasant to spend time with. You don't have to constantly entertain them as if you're some kind of circus clown, and you can have a normal conversation with them.
Non-boring women, on the other hand, are the kind which has emerged since the late '60s. They're worth nothing more than a pump-and-dump affair.
So to the OP, I would say absolutely, marry one of those boring women. *
* note that if you find your boring woman in Russia, their idea of marriage is different and you can only really expect it to last 15 years. For whatever reason, they follow their emotions more than other nationalities I know. I put it down to Western Christianity vs. Orthodox mentality.
