I guess this is very real concern for PUAs who would never buy girls drinks. I suppose it's a matter of shame in their circles when girls have to go potty since it implies she has been imbibing in your presence. An outside observer might believe you bought her a drink. The horror.

On the other hand. Imagine this scenario. You're at a bar were you met a sizzling hot babe. You happen to be on a first name basis with the bartender. He's well tipped and trained so when you ask what she wants and she replies the bartender says "we're out of X today but I can make a Wet Kitty which is nearly the same thing and all the rage in Manhattan/Hollywood/Cannes/Zanesville right now". Y here happens to be 100 proof vodka with some caramel colouring.
So in 30 min and 2 drinks later she's really buzzed and ready to go. All of a sudden she leans over and whispers in your ear "I just have to go to the ladies room, then I'm coming back and screwing your brains out". So you have to sit there.
