CYA, CMA, RPFs, OTOH, B2B, etc. are all terms I'm not familiar with, but if that is extra time and these terms anyone should know, I understand. I'll do some digging.

CYA - Cover Your Ass
RFP - Request for Proposal
OTOH - On the Other Hand
B2B - Business to Business
These are common "Internet" acronyms and not specific or unique to the topic at hand.
