To answer your questions, medicine is a 6 year undergrad with 1 year of absoulute compulsory social service. I do not have a to do specialization but the wages for a generalist rank from 400-1000 usd if you are very lucky. Yes I'm in debt right now.
I haven't contacted any doctors yet, and I'm hesitant to ask for advice in my school because non of the professors seems like an appropriate role model (girls and game wise).

You're going to have to explain in detail how the medical school system works in Mexico before any of us can give you a good reasoned opinion.
Is medicine an undergrad or postgrad degree in Mexico? Do you have to do a generalised or specialised internship? Is overtime compulsory? Do you have to specialise or can you drop out early to be a generalist?
Are you in debt right now? If you finish school with debt, how quickly will you be able to pay it off?
How difficult in Mexico is it to get into clinical streams that are ultimately lifestyle friendly i.e. anaesthesiology, dermatology, family medicine, emergency medicine?
Also, have you contacted any doctors who are not in the clinical meatgrinder? There are doctor desk jockeys who work for insurance companies, universities and pharmaceutical companies, and if you network your way in these companies may be willing to hire you the moment you graduate (therefore no need for residency).
If you quit medicine, what other skills do you have or are you willing to develop, and how will you survive until you get steady income?
Give us some more specifics and maybe we can give you some advice.
