The region is spread out, so chicks out in the boonies will go into the cities to party. Like in the casino. They blow all their money gambling and drinking, and can't afford a room, thus risking a DUI on the way back to TN. That's a great situation if you already have your logistics setup there.
This is a good add that is seems like gatlinburg, sevierville and the smoky mountains are always hosting some sort of convention for something. One could time their visit accordingly, hairdressers, nurses, teachers etc.
