I know I'm overanalyzing this. I've always been a little insane/territorial about my family's business and it's only somewhat recently that I've spotted women as a potential threat.
I think you are overanalyzing this and a little too paranoid. It's good to be aware of potential outcomes and possibilities, but I wouldn't jump to conclusions that every random chick you bang is going to try to rob you or get pregnant.
Use your best judgment, a lot of really scandelous hoes have the tell tale signs, bunch of tats, piercings, dress like club skanks, are always at the local bar 4 nights a week, etc. Sure there are those chicks who present themselves as classy, but are truly shady, fucked up bitches, I've experienced that first hand, but usually they exhibit red flags once you've spent enough time with them.
As far as getting girls pregnant, just wrap up your tool every time, if you're that worried about it. As long as the condom doesn't break, and you don't take it off, and flush it down the toilet when you're done, there's no way you're getting a chick preggo.
Finally, like you seem to imply yourself most girls are dumb and probably will have no idea how much your Dad's "heavy machinery" and tools are worth. If you are that worried about it, try to always go back to their place as the first option, or maybe consider getting a hotel room in town wherever that may be. If you have the means why don't you try to build a cheap little one room cabin to use as your fuck spot. If not, consider something more outside the box like setting up a fat teepee, or yurt, it could be pretty cool.
