They still believe subconsciously that the girl is more valuable and superior to them and they have to supplicate and try to please her and give her what she wants. Scarcity mentality also plays into this-if a guy hasn't banged a lot of girls and doesn't have many in his current pipeline, each new girl has a lot more importance to him and some desperation starts to leak out

So they easily fall into the girls frame and allow her to lead the interaction. They end up either just allowing her to interrogate or humiliate them them, or constantly trying to be witty

You have to blow up her frame

Ignoring is the best way. Sometimes I also make fun of her-asking her the same question back in response, pretending to have misheard the question, often in a sexual or ridiculous way, or agreeing and amplifying. I like Antitrace's idea of pretending not to hear her too, I've got dates today and tomorrow where I'll try that out.
