She is somehow still into you and expressing STRONG interest (checking you out for a long time is STRONG interest from a girl) afterwards and yet you choose to walk away. Re-open her. Tell her you weren't feeling well the other day, but that you noticed her looking at you and tell her "let's go for a walk" or ANYTHING other than just walking away thinking that you embarrassed yourself.
