I read her blog one time. She said some interesting things. She bought a fitness video about 15 years ago - and she says she has watched it about 11 thousand times! (I forget the exact number). Funny that - since despite fitness been a multi-billion pound industry, most people only stick with these products less than a dozen times.
She also says that she hates exercise (she finds it boring) and is a little sick of eating healthy all the time. But it is the price she is prepared to meet her goals. Also - after decades of dedication, it becomes more and more 'costly' to throw away all that hard work.
Her down to earth attitude really hit home with me. She seems to have being single for a long time - but recently got married (the husband is pretty ugly - weird).
