I get that you're trying to flirt. It's not awful, but it's not that necessary. You want to make HER think that she missed out by describing how cool what you did was. Otherwise don't bring it up.

Saying "maybe" and giving her two options with a big question mark is no good. Just say, "Let's do X on Sunday or Monday." Questions are okay, but such weak wording is not.
