Well looks like murder to me. . .following someone down the street, and then starting a fight and killing them would get called murder no matter the race. . .I have no idea why this trial has gone on for so long, should have been an open and shut case. A lot of you guys here were saying the same thing in one of the other threads about starting fights and why you shouldn't (one blow to the head of someone can put you in jail for life if they die etc etc) I don't know why this case is any different.
