It's pretty obvious why they fund Wilders. People like him have helped switch the European far-right away from anti-Semitism. They're being savvy - they don't really want the far-right in power, but so long as its going to appeal to a disaffected segment of the population, it's better for their interests that these currents renounce anti-Semitism and turn their attentions elsewhere.
It's a classic game of funding groups across the ideological spectrum to ensure that the political debate remains within certain limits.
Also, I'm pretty sure Jews don't like Muslims.
