Western white girls are totally seduced by Hindu spiritualism, yoga, and all that crap. They will go India and live in some filthy ashram to study yoga from Sri sri sri Trollamangapuram.

There are certain villages/cities in India where people are dedicated to this stuff. For example, Auroville in Southern India. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auroville) I have been there. There is a temple there that looks like Epcot center. You line up to see some mystical experience but it is just a huge glass/crystal ball with a light shining on it from the ceiling in a dark room, i.e. bullshit.

In fact, I am amazed IRT's don't leverage their roots to use guru game...it's chick crack for a certain segment of their coveted white girl demographic.

Now, don't get me wrong, I actually like India despite all of its shortcomings, but I have a realistic view of the place. The people can be exceptionally kind and welcoming, the food is great (don't drink the water of course), and there is a lot to see and experience.
