I have tried Phenibut a number of times now and I can't be certain of what exactly it does. What I do know for certain is that I don't like the upset stomach it gives me and slight headache both during and after. And the after effect last whole day or more. Basically, my assessment at this point is that benefits are not very quantifiable but the side effects are - just not worth it in my opinion.
