Admins of reddit will find an excuse if they don't like what you are doing.

A mod of several normal and kinky NSFW porn subreddits got kicked off the site for "profiteering" his position as a mod.

Plus Roosh's posts and ROK does get linked on the r/TheRedPill and sometimes R/seduction.
