Russia is #11 currently in terms of scientific output and has a LONG history of producing great scientists and physicists. I think the widely accepted argument with Russian women is are they the MOST beautiful in the world and most would agree that at the very worst they are top 3 or 5 in terms of beauty.

I knew somewhere someone would have bring Russia to the table by saying:"This a race that produce both geniuses and beautiful women". Then by that we constantly claim that Russians are the only one on this planet that produces both beautiful women and geniuses.
However though. Even Dostoyevsky himself claimed that Russians are inferior breed comparing with great races such as the French and The Germans. Two masterful races who gave birth to Nietzche, Voltaire, Rousseau, Schopenhauer, Kant, Thomas Mann, Blazac and many many more. I mean, compare to french and germans, russians are nothing but crap stains. That´s a moral true you have to bear.
It was the Russian behaviorism, their vulgar primitive public actions who gave birth to writers and cultural creators and not because of their minds. And that´s something Russians themselves are aware of this.
However though. What really restrains the french and the germans for touching perfection with their races is the fact that they are just incapable of producing beautiful women.
