I think it would be better for the bar owner to hire male bar staff, but the owner should have an eye for good game from the males and hire them. Then the male bartenders would spit good game at the females while serving them, and then more females would be drawn in, and if there are more females, it will naturally bring in more males, and hence good business.

I also notice the male bartenders make better drinks and always make my drinks nice and strong. One time he even gave me an extra shot of scotch in my scotch and coke.
