6 month - Bogota/Medellin/Lima/Sao Paulo/BA

month - Bogota/Medellin/Lima/Sao Paulo/BA
Hey guys,

I´m new to this forum and I´m really glad I found some like-minded people..playing the game around the globe!! I hope to contribute a bit here with my own experience and also hear your advise.
Now to my question: I`m about to finish my graduate studies and my last semester I will study abroad. I could go to cities like Manila, Tokyo, Singapore, HK, Sydney, NY, LA etc., but I already lived in Bangkok for six month (of course had an incredible time there and will post something about it in future) so I know Asia a bit, and I figured out I would have most fun in Latin America.
In LatAm I can choose among the following cities:

1. Bogota
2. Medellin
3. Lima
4. Sao Paulo
5. Buenos Aires

Bogota & Medellin: I already have been to Colombia two times, speak good Spanish, have "girlfriends" in several cities and just love the country. The only thing is that it wouldn`t be all new and exciting to me, but I guess staying 6 month is different than just a couple of weeks, as you can build up your social circle etc. and can really start playing hard [Image: wink.gif] I would prefer Bogota over Medellin, the climate sucks but I think its more interesting as it is the capital and has good girls, too. Medellin only has beautiful girls, amazing girls, sexy girls but nothing else, and in my opinion is overcrowded with foreigners nowadays.

Lima: I have never been to the countries south of Colombia, so this would be a totally new experience. But I heard Peruvian girls aren´t that pretty (although easier to get) and Lima is quite ugly and the weather is bad, but I would like to live by the sea, go surfing, and have lot of traveling opportunities around..

Sao Paulo: this would be my first choice concerning the girls, as I like the easy attitude of brazilian chickz and I think the city is quite interesting as well. Just two drawbacks: my Portuguese is very basic, no probs with the girls but all classes at uni would be in Portuguese; my budget is limited, I think in the other places I get more value for my money, housing and food is cheaper and I have more left to spend on fun stuff..

Buenos Aires: Very cold and ugly from what I heard, but how are the girls?

I really would appreciate to hear the opinion from all you experts out there where of those places I would enjoy life most!

Thanks a lot for your comments,
Cali
