Many of the new upper middle class types in Bucharest will pay little time to foreigners unless they are social circle validated, Italian model or really high worth business types. They do this to avoid the stigma that is associated with middle class and lower class girls latching on to any foreigner. The upper middle class girls want to distance themselves from those below them by not doing the same things.
Being a blonde guy in Romania is huge. The girls lap that shit up.
Romanian girls, as any European will probably know, are recognised as the easiest in Europe. Greek guys have married thousands of them. French men too. Spanish businessmen keep them as mistresses. Italian men treat them like concubines. Sure, these are stereotypes, but they are all partially true.
