reading "The Power of Habit" right now. Routines could change your life significantly, I'm trying to get them in check just like this.
I don't have a set routine, but I see I need to step it up.
Basically for me its drink while taking a shower and having music playing.... do a shot of espresso and call a cab as soon as I get out of the shower and then head out, usually before 10pm.
