No matter where you're at you are going to find venues that you like and frequent them often. Females are going to do this too so chances are you will be seeing the same people out and around. If a girl is giving you obvious ioi's and you know you're going to be seeing her again, is it ever a good idea to play her off and wait till the next time around?
If there is lots of eye contact and you don't move in does that make you a pussy in her eyes or is it making her think "hmm what is his deal?" can we intentionally use this tactic to maintain the upper hand and a sense of mystery or does it backfire?
