wanted to have a child. But when supporting a child got too hard, Jennifer Schreiner (the one in the glasses) decided to make her child a ward of the state and pass off the cost onto the state of Kansas. Rightfully, the state of Kansas objects being used as a resource to raise the children of irresponsible adults, and is looking for recompensation.
Jennifer Schreiner appears to be a professional welfare mom. Her facebook page proudmomjls lists her as unemployed since 2007 and a foster mom and activist of 9 children, including special needs children. (For those not from America, welfare moms get larger government checks for raising "special needs" children here.)

Jennifer Schreiner has since broken up with Angela Bauer, has now found a beta male provider, and is apparently pregnant again. Not that she gives a shit about the children. But she does care about the checks the government sends her for having them.
