I think these exercises like a "5" drinks 7 beers per night, but a "8.2" drinks 11 beers per night are pretty worthless.

I'm a young 24 as far as experiences go. I'm only starting to get my game together. Even if I make a fool of myself, I'll prob keep visiting this forum because I have not picked up any real world mentors yet as far as this lifestyle goes.
