I personally would not have agreed to meet up with her, unless she came by herself. It's the 3rd time you've been out, so she should be comfortable with that prospect.
You have to keep your composure. Your actions reek of insecurity. My usual line is 'Hey man, where's your girlfriend?" - say it while you move in close to your girl. Alternatively you could have switched your focus to her friends and started flirting with them.
TBH it sounds like this is unsalvageable. I'd move on, keep aiming for 8's though. After you land a few, it'll be no big deal. I would let things cool for a few days before you see her next.
