In my experience the biggest problem with the upper level of girls is that they will usually be in a serious relationship where the guy is providing some serious benefits. For them to jeopardize that relationship you had better be offering a compelling reason. It is easier, if you interact with them on a regular basis for some reason, like work. Then you can work on them over an extended period of time.
