I worked in Belgium for several months. The quality of the women is quite low. The only thing they have going for them is that they dress slightly better than surrounding countries. Brussels is considered the DC of Europe and it merits that reputation. There is just NOTHING to do. Most people who come there for work make sure they get transferred out just as fast.
In my experience, I had some luck with expat girls who feel the same way. Most non-EU workers have a lot of international experience by the time they get to Brussels and complaining about how boring it is does establish a connection.
Or you could just take a short train ride north to Antwerp. It's a bit more cosmopolitan despite being only half the size of Brussels. You will see many foreign exchange students and people are generally a bit friendlier.
Either way, if French classes are a big reason for you to travel there, better go to Montreal. Never been there but Roosh and others on this forum seem to have nothing but praise for it.
