What is a better path to pussy....going out rarely and focusing on getting in really good shape or going out multiple nights a week and doing approaches. I have been going in and out of gym phases the last few months mostly due to late nights out and work. Would I be better off taking some time off of going out and getting in really good shape before summer? I feel like where I live (southern california), being in really good shape is one of the biggest DHV's.
