I don't know that much about computer security but you definitely want a hosting place that doesn't track IPs.

I don't think you can't keep your ISP from tracking you unless you do some stuff like go through a proxy. Comcast for instance keeps a list of which IP numbers it assigns to each house/apartment.

I personally don't want proxy hassle, I don't do anything illegal or that would get me killed.

EDIT: Here's some info on proxies, on second thought it might be good to use one ( they cost but are cheap) because you can appear to
be in a different country for banking purposes ( legal of course) or work purposes.

DON'T try to log onto a proxy site at work from a work computer or on their network, it is the most suspicious thing you can do.
The idea is when you want to log IN to work or the like you can control where you appear to be.
