You learn pretty quickly which girls are likely to want money, and if in doubt, just ask point blank before taking them anywhere. You are still expected to pay for all meals and drinks, even if the girl is from a rich family. Most chicas appreciate money for taxi ride home, especially at night, when there are no other options - 150 to 200 pesos is just a bit under their average daily wage here so it's not nothing for them even if they have a job. Beyond that, if a girl asks for money, she is a pro or a semi pro.
My impression was that Fisto was never asked for anything beyond a taxi fare. The night the gang was in Santiago we were having breakfast in this restaurant at 5am and 2 chicas show up and start flirting - they did look semi-proish but then they had their own car, so we weren't sure. Fisto and El Mech decide they are down for some more and we start figuring out the logistics (cars, cabañas). I discreetly ask one girl about the money and she says that some money would be expected, the amount up to us (which means that a donation of 500 pesos will be adequate). I relay the news to Fisto and his face expression was priceless, I translated it as "what, no way, girls pay me to sleep with them". We brush the girls off and head back.

95% of DR guys are huge cowards, they'll sell their sisters if they have a chance. You lose any respect for them in the first couple of days, just ignore.
