I'm thinking she had the interest level, but your own interest level was not calibrated...as in you showed too much of it.

But no worries...interest level is varaible from girl to girl; some girls you're dead in the water as soon as you show even a touch of interest, others require you to show interest.

I would ignore the girl and be nonchalant when I ran into her next (assuming the logistics to run into her are there).
