I spent a few days in Boston earlier this year while school was still in. I can affirm that the women are extremely friendly and open and this probably has to do with the fact that there are more females than males. I went out one night and had some open conversations with a lot of pretty girls on the subway, at bars, and on the street. Very fond memories of the place.

Chicago, on the other hand, is the complete opposite.
