khharkiv is known for havign alot of students. the biggest unerversities are there and girls dress nicer 9sluttier0 than west9lviv),However English will be minority to the extreme. The % of english speakers will probly be less than lviv. Lviv always had alot of english speakers due to the peoples closeness to the rest of europe. Mind you when i say alot, i mean more than other cities. Its stil la minority .First in english ability will be Kiev tha nprobly Odessa. But Odessans know alot of languages, more worldly ,but also not at all impressed by foreigners .Heck the city was ruled by the french, built by the german and poles ,and waterworks made by the british.So in Odessa they will think of you in terms of how much money and presents you ca ngive them.
SO yeah id say a city with poor students can be great. just have to speak better russian is all. The good thing is its the 2nd largest city so even if small % of speakers , there can still be alot of girls speaking english.
