Maybe, but then on the other hand
- the place is still obviously hopping, and it wouldn't be targeting locals anyway.
- would be a lot cheaper to do it now than 10 years ago
- I don't expect to get rich on it, more of a lifestyle business that attracts pussy without much effort.
