Being in shape helps. I think talking about sex and how good you are, even if it is a double entendre, can come off as bragging and try-hard. If you must demonstrate that you're good at sex, do it through physical action. Wrestle with her, pick her up, etc.
I don't worry really about how good I am at sex because I know I'm awesome at it and I guess its just a vibe I have. If you are sexually confident it shows in every action you do.
