Incredibly easy. You just push a button for a photo, push and hold for video.
Obviously it isn't like a full home security system, but if you can record yourself on a date, during sex and a few minutes after, chances are that is enough to prove no rape happened.
I agree with whoever said get pictures after of her smiling. Even better, ask her how good it was and record that.
The more evidence you get the better. Get text messages the morning after, etc.

Thus far, I've only taken it on dates and recorded those. If the opportunity presents itself, I'll always bring a girl back to my place, because then I have a wireless security system set up that I could say 'Oh, that is for burglars. I just forgot to switch it off,' avoiding (I'd hope) voyeurism laws. It can also capture the whole time she is there, with audio etc.
I imagine if I were at a girls place, I would use it like I said when I quoted the guy above - I have evidence of the date, I'd get evidence of consensual sex, and I'd switch it on right before I leave.
As a disclaimer, I'm not a lawyer, nor have I ever been anywhere close to being convicted, so who knows how any of this would go down in court. I'd always say the best defence against the rape accusation is to screen out drama girls in the first place.
