Here's some info for each side of the bar.

Working in the right bar with some swag can land you 8's. College towns are good, and even in high end venues, broke girls sometimes go in to troll around, even if just to be seen. They like to hook up with the staff for free drinks, ect. They're stressing the checkbook even to be in there, and it's like your floating them chips on the roulette table to stay in the game.

Don't get taken advantage though. Parlay free shit into a bang, before they hook up with some dude with cash. College girls like being in the "status" with the staff. That one is easy.
