My advice is become an amateur bartender. You're not allowed to drink while on duty. Everyone knows that. So you'll go under the radar.
Other option is bring your own Vitamin Water or shit and drink only that (even if you just keep refilling the same bottles at the tap over and over again at home). If people ask you, it's part of your work out routine/training/ cleanse. You're no longer the guy with an alcohol problem, you're now the guy who's way serious about his body. People respect that.
