Almost everyone here is a transplant so by default the answer is yes. And I mean even girls from other countries. I recently was hanging with this Colombian girl who moved here for college a few years ago. She's so Americanized now she acts no different than any chic who was born and raised here.
Why would you care about banging a porn star? There's nothing special about them. I don't know how you'd go about meeting them other than going to a porn convention(there are several a year). You'd just have to run into them somewhere. There's some at my gym that I've recognized from porn. But who cares about those tweaker skanks anyway.
I think you should just make the move out here man. Everyone from Houston that moves here loves it, and everyone from L.A. that moved to Houston hates it. If you like Houston, you'll like L.A. 10x better since you're already used to the sprawl and freeways. Now you'll get the better weather and beaches.
