Perfect pushup takes advantage of your fist grip (it's an inch-two inches higher than your flat palms) plus the added perfect pushup (possibly an inch and a half) to make pushups easier since there's less weight on your hands, effectively. You ever take trig?
One hundred pushups is a ROCK SOLID goal to shoot for. I am a lazy man and would stop at 50, however. My reason is that at fifty pushups, you can probably do one-armed pushups. Why train so many reps when you can train fewer reps and get more results?
