Otherwise the risk are so low you shouldnt care unless you are doing massive amounts. over like 50gigs.

Even if a residence DOES get one of those letters, they have no proof of who did it. From what I hear, as long as you do not reply to it, as in do not give them your information, they cannot do anything.
