I used to eat a match head with every meal in the military to keep the mosquitos and chiggers away... it worked the only field exercise I did where I got chiggers was when I wasnt eating matches.... probably bad for me though. Any way Exofficio makes this shirt, pants, hat with natural mosq repellant, its supposed to work really well, I have one of their other shirts and I really like it
