I agree with Houston here. Banning is too harsh but too many threads which have already been posted are bein neglected. It gets annoying for those that have been here for a while. Why not just post your question in the old threads? It will still make front page whenever a new comment is added.
Anyway to reluctantly answer the OP's question, don't just pick one spot at the beach to post up and game. Keep moving around. You'll notice throughout the day that people keep going to different parts of the beach. I.e. in the morning/afternoon you'll find that beach volleyball is hot. Whereas closer to the evening when the energy level dies down, people are more likely to be sitting around having a beer. Try to meet lots of ppl earlier in the day so that in the evening maybe you can come back to them and have a beer on beach chairs.
