It's easy to become disheartened with all this talk of decline in several countries. However, I like to think that it will mostly hurt the average guy who typically visit the country's main tourism attractions for a short period of time, travels with his friends (who will cockblock him) has no game, bank-roll or logistics and don't speak the language or know the culture. If you're willling to put in some work, there's a bigger satisfaction in the end. Naughty Nomad even admitted in his own forum that even though he thought Tallin had declined, he still did better quality and quantity-wise than the first time he was there (!). Adapt or fail. I would have loved to visit a country where 8s, 9s and 10s throw themselves at me but the more I travel and the more I read this forum the more difficult I find it to believe that there has ever been such a country or time. Girls don't have to be easy, they just have to be friendly and not have bitch-shields in order for me to like it.
I've heard good stuff from guys who visited countries like Brazil in the early 00's. But not long ago Mr. GM went to a Brazilian small town and got 5 girls in 10 days (including a 10) if I remember correctly so for all the talk of decline, it's hard to envision doing much better than that 5 or 10 years ago.
