All I know is that you should stay the hell away from McDonalds or any thing like it and really try to stay away from fried foods and lots of breads and sugars. Try not to keep fatty snacks around the house and stay away from non-diet soft drinks. I personally recommend Powerade Zero for a sport drink, it tastes good and has zero calories.
