Gen Z fashion

I don’t get it, I just don’t get it!
I’ve been gaming some gen z girls lately and partied with them. Why their sense of fashion n style of dress sooooo BAD?? Parachute Pants, dirty white sneakers that’s not even Nike or UA? Blue, green or purple hair colors n nose piercing? It’s not even just a few individuals it’s a fashion trend for people who born in the 2000s.. they don’t dress sexy, attractive n certainly no sex appeal. If anything, they put no effort in how they dress other than it looks comfortable. I was in a bar with them and i was wearing a black leather jacket that I bought from H&M for $20 n I had three gen z who came up to me complimenting on how fashionable I dress!I was almost embarrassed, It’s a friggin $20 jacket!
Can someone pls explain this phenomenon to me? Why? Is it feminism? Transgender movement? Radical left or something else? It doesn’t make sense to me!
